From your first contact with us, you can expect to receive the best, most unbiased advice available. Your carpets (or upholstery) will be thoroughly surveyed and you will be told what results you can expect to see when your carpets are cleaned and whether stains can be removed or not.  And what's more, the price you're given for the cleaning will be the price you pay.

So here's the step by step carpet cleaning method, which ensures that your carpets will stay clean and healthy, remain looking beautiful and last for their full expected lifespan. 

1. HIGH FILTRATION VACUUM CLEANING: An essential first step to clean carpets is to remove the loose dirt that scratches away at the base of the carpet and causes early deterioration of the fibres.  The filtration ensures that dust is not redistributed into the air, thereby aggravating any breathing problems. 2. PRE-SPRAY: Using TCS Advanced Cleaner, we spray your carpets to break down the oily dirt that clings to the fibres. This also disinfects the carpets and adds an anti-static finish.
   
3. DIRT REMOVAL: Next we take one of our special pads that has been pre-heated in the Texatherm tank and place it under our rotary machine. As the machine is driven over the carpet, the mixture of the chemicals from the spray and the pads combined with the heat, cause the dirt to be drawn up the fibres and into the absorbent pad. This sounds technical but all you need to know is that the end result is a clean, sanitised and nearly dry carpet.

The end result, is the best carpet cleaning that you have ever had!
